THE COACHES

Coach Mund is a Madison native, an Edgewood alum, an avid gamer, as well as the school's Director of Technology. Since 2013, he was also Edgewood's Ultimate Frisbee Coach, and was named the USAU Wisconsin HS Coach of the Year in 2016.

As a gamer, Ben started with online multiplayer titles such as Team Fortress Classic, Counter Strike, Earth and Beyond, and World of Warcraft. When the Wisconsin High School Esports Association was announced, he saw the opportunity to mix his love for gaming and his passion for coaching.

Forming Edgewood's first Esports program in 2018, the team has already seen success with 4 trips to State, and three State titles. He's excited to be apart of the growing Esports scene in Madison, and wants to see Edgewood be a major player in it.

Currently playing for the ISU Redbirds, Coach "Goose" has been part of the Edgewood Esports program since the beginning. Student-turned-Coach, Matt brings his talents back to EHS as the Overwatch Coach.

A UW Madison player on the "Badger Esports" team, Aaron continues to work with EHS players interested in the most popular title in Wisconsin Collegiate Esports: Rocket League!

Obsessed with shooter games, Kaori first worked with Edgewood as an Overwatch Coach (rank 18 peak in OW), and now oversees the Valorant program (199rr Immo 2 Val Player).
